It is time to begin marking your calendars with fall festivals and events in Alva you do not want to miss. There are several dates to remember, but here are just some of the upcoming events that are on the Alva Chamber calendar so far:
September 16-18: BancCentral Big Cruise and Car Show
October 1: Northwest Mural Fest / NWOSU Family Day
October 14: BancCentral Fall Fest
October 24: Little Red Hens Fall Festival
October 27: Northwest Family Services Fall Fling
October 27-29: NWOSU Ranger Rodeo
November 4-5: NWOSU Homecoming Weekend
If your organization has an upcoming event, be sure to contact the Alva Chamber of Commerce as soon as possible to put it on our community calendar! The Chamber advertises area events on our tourism website (www.VisitAlvaOK.org/events) and in our weekly e-newsletters, and Chamber Members get free event promotions on our social media. Email communications@alvaok.net to add your event, and don’t forget to support local Alva businesses this fall!
